What is a domain name?
A name that identifies a computer or computers on the Internet. Our domain, for instance, is 2monkeystyping.com. They are inexpensive and easy to buy. We use Godaddy.com.
What domain name should I choose?
Something relevant, clear and short is usually your best bet. There are a lot of factors to buying the right domain name, which we'd be happy to help you with.
I have a website, and I'm hosted with another company. Can I switch to yours?
Sure! Most sites are easy and fast to transfer. Here is a more detailed explanation. We will of course help you with the process.
Can I choose you to design my site and use my own web hosting?
Sure! You can use any web host you like. Once your website has been completed you will have to provide us with your web hosting ftp login username and password so that we can upload your website for you.
What is site maintenance?
Any time you request your website to be altered in any way, it's referred to as maintenance. When you purchase a website package from us, we will have an agreed-upon and clear maintenance plan, if any at all.
Do you offer any type of discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts for schools and non profit organizations.
Will my website be "search engine friendly"?
Yes. We design sites around the content and we carefully choose wording to take advantage of the most relevant and best performing keywords. Your site will be in google in a few days after the site being launched. After your website is complete we can continue to market it get you better google results.
Why can't I find my current web site in the search engines?

How do I update my website once it's done?
That's entirely up to you. If you want full access to your site, we'll set you up with a CMS and show you how to update your site. Alternatively, we also offer plans in which we do the updating for you.
What a CMS?
CMS is short for Content Management System. Sites that operate on a CMS are considered "dynamic", because it's powered by a database that users can add and alter data with ease through a simple inferface. We like using Wordpress for our CMS systems.
Will all my visitors see my site the same?
No. Different broswers (internet explorer, firefox, safari, etc) can render the webpages differently. Also, users can have different resolutions, colors and setups which can also alter your websites apperance. We design sites with that in mind and preview them in several browser types and resolution settings before publishing.
